For all of the following locations, be sure you do not level(rohan crone) up to the next level until you hit your cap. If you are level 1 the cap which is 2 levels above your current level. Also, be sure to keep everyone in your group equal to you in level or lower, so you maximize the experience gained. If there is someone higher level than someone else in the group, you lose 10% xp for each level they are above you. We prefer a group of equal levelled characters firstly so nobody loses out and secondly because there are no lowbies slowing you down.

Well, start with the Kobolds' New Ringleader quest bestowed by guard Jung outside the Harbormaster's House in the Harbor. The hideout is in the south part of the map, and is labelled "Bonebite Hideout". This is the best xp from level(rohan crone) 1 to 2, and will get you halfway to level 3 in the quickest amount of time possible if you stay with a group of level 1, no higher than 1 and tell them when they level up to 2 not to train level 2, to just stay level 1 so you do not each take a -10% xp penalty for having a level 2 in the group.

It is easy to do at level 1, and everyone in the group will benefit if you do it this way. Repeat this quest about 7-9 times until it gives maybe 600-700 xp then do it one time on hard, so you get the full xp for doing it once on hard about 2000xp then move on to the Information is Key quest. Do about the same exact thing in this quest and leave when the xp starts to go bad. After we did both of these, we just perfectly hit 29,999 xp, about to hit level 3, so we levelled up to level 2 so we would still get xp when we moved on. Next, move on to the waterworks.
